This condo in Jaco is a great investment property. It is in a small gated community called Foresta Residences on the outside of Jaco. The condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a full kitchen, and living area. It also has two balconies and a laundry space with washer and dryer. It is located on the back side of Jaco, away from all the hustle and bustle but yet a quick drive to the south part of Jaco Beach. In the neighborhood there are some great sodas (restaurants) to eat at and a mini-supermarket to buy basic groceries.
