Affordable house walking distance to the beach.

This condo in Jaco is a great investment property. It is in a small gated community called Foresta Residences on the outside of Jaco. The condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a full kitchen, and living area. It also has two balconies and a laundry space with washer and dryer. The unit has been nicely furnished and painted with nice murals inside that gives you the feeling of being in the rainforest. Everything is in good condition and working perfect. The unit is a perfect for a rental investment.

The condo in Jaco in Forest Residences community is quiet and well maintained. There is a nice lap pool and rancho area to enjoy outside living. The community is well maintained and also well secured. There are 48 units in total, owners are a mix of foreigners and locals. It is located on the back side of Jaco, away from all the hustle and bustle but yet a quick drive to the south part of Jaco Beach. This is a titled beachfront property, a rare find in Costa Rica. Most of the country’s coastlines are owned by the government and given in use under concessions. There are small parts that have been designated as titled and this is one of them. This is on Bajamar Beach on the Central Pacific coast. Located about 1.5 hours from the San Jose International airport. There is a small town with a little supermarket and a couple of restaurants along the beach. If you are looking for an out-of-the-way beach retreat here is your opportunity to buy and build. The area is well known for the famous cliff rock called Guacalillo, where some people love to surf.
