Jaco long-term rental in a charming community near the beach is now available. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a kitchen and living area. The farm with river has an area of over 11 acres and most of it is usable land. This is a unique property in a fast-growing location between beaches and city. There are two levels of flat ground and a gently sloping road that joins these two. The areas are grassy and easy to walk through. There are many fruit trees planted and also enormous forest trees around the edges. It is easily accessed by a paved road that goes between the two charming towns of Orotina and San Mateo.

This property has many highlights, but I would say the most incredible is the stream that runs along one border of the property. As soon you drive onto the property, you can hear the sound of running water. Another important feature is that it has historic remains left from when there was a brick factory operating. It is a small brick tower that still stands and shows this history.

This farm with river is perfect for an ecolodge because of all the nature on it and the location just 1 hours from the San Jose International airport. And as I mentioned before this is a quick growing area because it is on the road to the beaches and towards the northern part of Costa Rica. It is zoned commercial and residential and could be divided into smaller properties. Price per square meter is the best in the area at $13.5 per square meter.

This is the typical Costa Rican ranch style property known as a Quinta. The property consists of 2.5 acres of land with a large main house and pool, BBQ and ranch area, a separate guest house and a separate caretaker’s home. The grounds are nicely landscaped with tropical plants and mature fruit trees local to the area. On the property there is a well that provides water for irrigation at all times of the year and a large holding tank.

Then you drive up to the main house which sits on the high spot and looks out over the pool and gardens. As you walk in you will notice the high ceilings and artisan wood beams above. The home has incredible wood structure throughout that characterizes the Costa Rican ranch style. There is a wide covered porch on the side and front where you can look down at the extensive pool and ranch area.
