Farm with a river and large trees in Orotina.

The farm with river has an area of over 11 acres and most of it is usable land. This is a unique property in a fast-growing location between beaches and city. There are two levels of flat ground and a gently sloping road that joins these two. The areas are grassy and easy to walk through.
