There is a flat area for outdoor parking so various cars can park easily. For someone looking to buy an investment and rent it to large groups, this would be a perfect property.

Now let me tell you about the location. It is in an easily accessible place with a spectacular view and very private. The best thing is that from the property the drive to the main airport is only 55 minutes and similar to Pricesmart, Walmart, CIMA hospital and many other amenities. But if you do not want to drive too far, the town of Orotina is just 25 minutes away and here you can find stores with tons of fresh fruit, farmers markets, great restaurants, and good medical and dental at better prices than the tourist towns. There are beaches just 20 minutes away to enjoy the sand and sunsets. And if you like beach towns you can drive to Jaco Beach just 25 minutes away. So, to me it is great because you are home and enjoying what Costa Rica best offers when it comes to views and wildlife but then you can reach many activities with a short drive.

Costa Rican jungle and riverside home. This is a beautiful and spacious home built in a very peaceful location. The home is a single-floor design with great outdoor living areas. The house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen and living area. This is a Costa Rican-style house that was built seven years ago and is in perfect condition. The large bathrooms are nicely tiled and have glass shower doors. The master bedroom offers a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The ceilings are of good height making it feel open and spacious. Outside there are two covered areas for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife. Additionally, there is a laundry room, a closed-in storage area, and covered parking.

This Costa Rican jungle and riverside home sits on almost half an acre of flat land that is kept in perfect condition. There are a few fruit trees already planted and plenty of space to create more gardens. The area has a wonderful country feeling with nice homes and land in between. The location is about 8 km to the center of San Isidro del General where you can find absolutely everything you need. There is a great bus system just one kilometer from the house where you can easily get to town and back without a vehicle. The location is Santa Rosa de Rio Nuevo. Just up the road there is a public medical clinic and some great sodas to eat out.

To me, this location was one of the most beautiful that I have visited. The climate was cool but not cold and the landscape was beautiful. This is true Costa Rican gem if you are looking to relocate and grow some of your own food and immerse in the local culture. You can get to Dominical Beach in about 45 minutes making it a day trip to visit the ocean. In San Isidro there is a large expat community that you can join and help make you feel part of the neighborhood.
