The house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen and living area. This is a Costa Rican-style house that was built seven years ago and is in perfect condition. The large bathrooms are nicely tiled and have glass shower doors. The master bedroom offers a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The ceilings are of good height making it feel open and spacious. Outside there are two covered areas for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife. Additionally, there is a laundry room, a closed-in storage area, and covered parking.

To me, this location was one of the most beautiful that I have visited. The climate was cool but not cold and the landscape was beautiful. You can get to Dominical Beach in about 45 minutes making it a day trip to visit the ocean. In San Isidro there is a large expat community that you can join and help make you feel part of the neighborhood.
